Maybe you could find something seasonal or a side hustle for these winter months and work the moto job in-season?
I could, but it's going to be the same story next winter, and the pay is shit, and working Saturdays sucks balls when you have a family. The most logical move is to try and parlay my 1.75 year experience as a Parts Manager for a similar role in the car industry. The pay is much better there.

One other option would be to apply at a bike manufacturer's headquarters, but they're all way out of town, which means the commute would be awful. Toronto traffic is some of the worst in North America (after LA of course).

Dad flipped me 2k and i blew it on Poker, alcohol and hotels.

Interview tomorrow to be a meat cutter, I think I'll get it, It's at a beautiful, safe grocery store, with beautiful, safe people, in a beautiful safe area,

Let's get Steves back in the work force.

Tulls I am very sorry to hear you got fired man. Couldn't love you more.

Are you a meat cutter Steverballs?

I have an interview on Friday for a parts position at a car dealership. Not all that excited about it but the pay would be 25-30% better than at the moto dealership.

It's not in the bag but I personally know one of the managers there so I already have a foot in the door.

We'll see what happens.

Just set up a phone interview for a marketing company job.

Did two assessments for two other very cool phone jobs.

My Indeed is on fire, my assessment game is off the the charts.

Now, what would be nice?

Money from someone besides family or a survey site.

Finally off the giving plasma ban list for the drunk blood explosion incident (whoops, lol) and will do that to get through.

"Wait, the................what?!"

Interview with digital marketing firm 1/9.

Looking good.

Will probably part time it in addition at my fav casino or a grocery store.

Stevie's pockets gonna load up quick.

Then come open mic nights.

Get yo sunglasses ready crew, we gonna have some fun.

No clue. The actual job listing went up yesterday. In hindsight I don’t think they're even considering me - the hiring manager probably only met with me to shut up the guy who referred me (a prodigious loudmouth).

Applied to 3 more similar roles yesterday. It might take a while for anything to happen - it is a slow period of year for the industry and they are posting jobs with the goal of hiring whenever business picks up.

Trying to stay positive.

Looks like I'll be interviewing for a public sector job. I gotta brush up on my knowledge of Canada's government structure. They taught us that shit in grade 9 or 10. Something something parliamentary monarchy. :wah:

If I get this, my full unedited resume is going to look ridiculously all over the place.

I'm game. 🤷‍♂️
