That's another thing. Maybe it's just personal to me but, when I'm losing weight, I don't like to check it every day. I just have a set time once a week to track the progress.

I didn't even take a giant shit this morning so I'm still filled with all the stuff I ate yesterday. I coulda had a couple espresso shots, taken a dump, and weighed myself around 199-200.
