For the record we've added front/lateral dumbbell raises to our training regimen. Push-ups alone don't work our shoulders well enough.

tried to do some intervel running for the first time since screw up my ankle....... boy it is amazing how quick you get out of aerobic shape. I was wheezing like a fat little asthmatic
 
200 today. Tried to wiggle the scale into showing 199 for a moment, no luck. :fok:

Too late for work, we had to hop on the streetcar and skip the power walk. Not happy.

Lunch will be green curry chicken and a mango salad.

We metro on.

I like most veggies, save for crude tomatoes.

Got some asparagus and mixed greens at home. Had an italian salad at lunch, mango wasn't on the menu. Minimal dressing.

That star-shaped pile of rice is pretty small.

Beats having 10 McNuggets, fries and a box of Reese's Pieces for dessert.
 
oh by the way. for many men. for every 20 lbs of fat you lose, you can "regain" a 1/2 to 3/4 inch of penis length that was covered by fat......
