Not for me. Takes a full week of stretching before I can do that, and I can't stop otherwise I lose the ability. I'm like 6 inches off the ground at first.

Going back tonight for a structured training session. That'll probably be the last velodrome session for a while - I'll then train at home over the winter (indoor cycling intervals and leg presses/squats at the condo's gym) and save up to get my own track bike so I don't have to rely on an under-geared rental anymore. Good news is that high-end track bikes are relatively cheap on the used market (around a thousand Canadian dollorz.)
