Part of the reason I blew up to 240 is that I didn't walk more than 10ft for months. We got a car when we moved here and the city isn't really walkable.

In Toronto I would walk a mile to go pick up JL from school.

Daddy Rain is over 300lbs. Let's not end up like Daddy Rain.
 
Yeah when I walking/biking all over NYC I could eat as much pizza as I wanted and stay a consistent 187.
 
There's also the fact that dining options are extremely limited here. It's 95% American fast food chains and cheap pizza joints.

I’m putting effort into daily push-ups and squats.

I never got beyond 35 or so continuous reps. I still do 100 pushups throughout the day, in sets of 20. Elbows hurt if I overdo it.
