Started last Tuesday w a trainer 4 days a week. Actually saw him once because I caught my yearly “oh shit I’m sick as fuck” cold. He’s hell bent on core stuff and having me lift light weights w many sets. I’m thinking that will tone me, but I’ll lose my muscle mass.
He wants me to give him 3 months. If I look like a female gymnast after this experiment, I’m going to shit fire.
2 days ago I started a 250 day body and life transformation goal. I wrote basically a 10 thing bucket list I want to accomplish and one of them is to transform this body. After dropping the 70 pounds, I’m confident I can do some serious shredding with a focused mindset. Vegas this time around has to be different than the last time for this to work. I think I’m ready for the challenge.
Maxpipad has to get back with the program. Big scare in the store the other day buying a belt. Needed the size 38-44 one. Thought I picked that up and it was WAY too small. After almost sharting I realized that that was the 32-38 one. Maxi is probably about a 42 waist now : but he ain't bustin that bigger belt open.
