Casper, your calories go up on your off day?

Casper, your calories go up on your off day?
Their are two days a week I work 16 hour days. Those days I skip the gym and tend to have 2 glasses of wine. I still prep my food, but my caloric intake goes up usually 300-400

Started last Tuesday w a trainer 4 days a week. Actually saw him once because I caught my yearly “oh shit I’m sick as fuck” cold. He’s hell bent on core stuff and having me lift light weights w many sets. I’m thinking that will tone me, but I’ll lose my muscle mass.

He wants me to give him 3 months. If I look like a female gymnast after this experiment, I’m going to shit fire.

2 days ago I started a 250 day body and life transformation goal. I wrote basically a 10 thing bucket list I want to accomplish and one of them is to transform this body. After dropping the 70 pounds, I’m confident I can do some serious shredding with a focused mindset. Vegas this time around has to be different than the last time for this to work. I think I’m ready for the challenge.

Fucking awesome! Dude at this rate, you’ll be posing for Men’s Health magazine
Ha let's not get too far ahead but at my age I'll take it 👍👍

Goal is to get to 105kg with a 34" waist 🤞🤞

Xpy looking fierce with those arms.

Maxpipad has to get back with the program. Big scare in the store the other day buying a belt. Needed the size 38-44 one. Thought I picked that up and it was WAY too small. After almost sharting I realized that that was the 32-38 one. Maxi is probably about a 42 waist now  but he ain't bustin that bigger belt open.

Phew.

On my 4th consecutive week of lifting heavy 30-45 mins 3x a week (push/pull/legs & abs). Eating 1750 cals (approx. .8g of protein per lb. of lean body mass) and trying to drop 6-10lbs...

Keeping it simple. Will complicate it once I've proven I can do the simple.

I just did 11 miles on my mountain bike. Kicked my ass mostly because of the 2 workouts I did Wednesday and yesterday. I’m gonna just not move for the next 2 hours.

Home gym equipment. Solid adjustable bench. 2x 5-50lb powerblock adjustable dumbbells and a tread climber. Like I said, gotta master the simple first.

Blitty for what it's worth you didn't look terrible when I saw you. That said, age and life makes it hard AF to get back to it...
