Selling "health" food to middle age men is like selling cosmetics to women. It's all about the marketing/branding.
Fwiw, I bought the Magic Spoon cereal for my sons. They love the taste and it’s way healthier than the traditional high sugar/carb cereals they used to eat. Obviously I have destroyed a few bowls of Peanut Butter Magic Spoon after a night out drinking........

No judgement brotha. I am also a middle aged man who buys health food on occasion. I'm sure there are good products out there. 9/10 are probably bogus.

"Natural" is probably the worst branding ploy out there.

And I rarely eat breakfast....had coffee and mimosa also.
Probably not good for the heart, but it’s vacation. I’ll eat better next week.

Ham in the split pea soup?

Yeah, home made soup (not the ham) - mirepoix, bag of split peas, and stock, simmer til peas are tender, skim the foam then blitz half and add in diced smoked ham and s&p to taste.

Crush the pretzels into the soup.
