Salary and commission?

Base plus quarterly bonus based on overall company performance for year 1 (they opened 2 months ago). Quarterly bonus based on sales territory performance next year. My territory is Quebec and Eastern Canada. 60% of their business is in Quebec as of right now so they were quite eager to hire a French fok like me. I'm basically a DEI hire, but a mission-critical one. Weeeeeee.
