Nah this is still an entry-level sales job, just within a flat hierarchy. But I guess it wouldn't be impossible further down the line. Joe Rain has been offered equity at his sales rep job when he threatened to quit recently (he still quit).
I think I might want to do some sort of continuing education MBA program if things go well there. The CEO and I hit it off and he did something like that to grow at his previous role.
I'm a very very late bloomer. It still baffles me that we expect people to decide on a career at like 17yo, and that a lot of people actually do that. It's way too young to pick a lane IMO. But I realize that I'm the weird one for thinking that.
