had some leftover venison burgers my wife made this weekend in the fridge, so i crumbled them up and cooked them in a huge ass cheesy quesadilla

Turkey burgers tonight. Cheddar cheese probably. Also, baking my own potato buns, their rising now.

Found a recipe that uses all purpose flour but includes mashed potatoes. I'll let you know how it goes.
 
I eat the Morningside Veggie Burgers..had one every night for the last 5 days I think.
 
Yesterday I bought a 4 pack of Guinness and a pound of 90% lean beef.

Mixed in a scoop of mayo, Lipton onion mix, pepper.

Grilled em up and topped it with pepper jack cheese.

Cooked Nathan's onion rings as a side.

I'm probably 50/50 with American and Cheddar. Actually more like 40/40/10 (random cheese). I really like American cheese on a burger, it's classic. What do you have in your grilled cheese if you don't like American?
 
Sometimes Asiago is good for a change on a burger.... Yummy... Burgers.... mmmmmm...nomnomnom
