So latest update on NYC with regards to 16,482 total confirmed COVID deaths from the NYC health website!

Deaths by age
0-17.. .0006%
18-44 3.9%
45-64 22%
65-74 35%
75+... 49%

Deaths by presence of underlying conditions
83% Underlying Condition*
1%...No Underlying Condition
16% Pending**

*Underlying conditions can include lung disease, asthma, heart disease, a weakened immune system, obesity, diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease and cancer.
**
Due to ongoing investigations, the presence of underlying conditions has not been determined for all patients confirmed to have died from COVID-19.

So the same story continues regarding COVID deaths! Predominately elderly people who have an underlying illness are the unlucky ones!

CDC estimates death rate at .26%. Which to me also seems a bit low. I would've guessed between .5 and 1%, based on NY numbers
But with these geniuses and their measures, and nursing homes, they probably managed to get proportionally, more of the old infected.

You know the country is getting back to normal when we are back to covering dirty cops.

*Yes, I know the video is brutal and I’m 99% sure 2nd degree murder charges are in order but we have a thing called due process and they should prolly wait till after a verdict before they burn the city to the ground

I don't know man, might be a cumulative effect. People been put on edge for months, and this is like a spark. They set police dept on fire, hundreds of people cheering, like party. No police around.
There was even couple hundred running around rioting in Denver

Ooh :hmm:

The new coronavirus is losing its potency and has become much less lethal, a senior Italian doctor said on Sunday.

“In reality, the virus clinically no longer exists in Italy,” said Alberto Zangrillo, the head of the San Raffaele Hospital in Milan in the northern region of Lombardy, which has borne the brunt of Italy’s coronavirus contagion.

“The swabs that were performed over the last 10 days showed a viral load in quantitative terms that was absolutely infinitesimal compared to the ones carried out a month or two months ago,” he told RAI television.

A second doctor from northern Italy told the national ANSA news agency that he was also seeing the coronavirus weaken.

“The strength the virus had two months ago is not the same strength it has today,” said Matteo Bassetti, head of the infectious diseases clinic at the San Martino hospital in the city of Genoa.

“It is clear that today the COVID-19 disease is different.”

I wonder when the barbers will be opening up again. Wouldn't mind getting back to my old look.

Going full Heisenberg has been something to do but it's wearing thin. People see me and say, "Heisenberg!!" I say, "Yer goddamn right!!"

Rinse and repeat a hundred times. It's a pretty limited thrill.

Going through life as a novelty ---> think I'm ready to move on.

We are pausing the global pandemic shelter in place for a few days of lighting cop cars on fire and looting

Without sounding too flippant about the mayhem unfolding, this should be a good indicator of whether we can start getting back to normal in terms of social gatherings. I don't imagine the people we see on tv have been strictly complying with social distancing in the first place, but imagine the contact tracing involved in sorting out a breakout of positive tests in the coming weeks.

I don't believe that was ever gonna be a viable strategy, with the amount of cases in the US.
Coronavirus crisis was primarily a media/propaganda created hysteria. Now we're on to the next crisis. Pretty clear, not many Corona fucks are given in the street. Hence, corona is dead.

Yes. Glad to see that virtually no one cares about covid/social distancing now. The Vegas Dave's of the world have forgotten about the deep deep importance of flattening that curve in favor of civil rights. Gathering at church? Savages. Protesting the lack of freedom of movement? Trumptards. Police brutality? Covid what?
