FOKKKK UUUU strep throat!!!! No one invited you over.

I knew I felt b ad at work and my throat hurt. Noticed I wsa feverish late afternoon. Tried to sleep but was just too achy. So I did what any responsible woman would do. I called my mommy who took me to the doctor. I love my mommy.
 
FOK U AGAIN Ocala Poker.

I know guys who have never had this happen and now it has happened to me twice in 2 years time there. Got all the money in after the flop with an over pair and 2 callers. The dealer deals the turn and river and the river gives me a winning set but the other 2 players still had money left and were never allowed action on the turn so the river, MY WINNING CARD goes back in the deck and I end up losing to 2-pair with the new river.

I proceeded to go on major tilt like a total jackass after that.

I get there at 11:30 cause they start dealing at noon. I want seat 3 on table 20 cause that is my lucky seat. Room manager goes just ahead of me to the table and places a seat card on seat 3 and says Coleen called in and wanted to reserve that seat. I say but you guys always say when we call in that you can get on the list but you can't reserve a seat unless you are in the room. He goes that's true and if I truly wanted the seat he would have to let me have it. I think about it for a sec and give the seat up. I figure that doing something nice will only bring good fortune.

At 12:45 I am out the door headed home. I got all the money in flopping 2-pair with A-K to loose on the river to a set of 3's. I got all the money in again with AA to lose on the river to a suited A-Q. then to add insult to injury I got all the money in pre-flop with AA vs KK (I had the KK) and lost the hand (which I should have) to none other than the lady who I allowed to have my lucky seat 3.

You can't make up this shit.
 
Wally I am sorry you had a bad day again.

I do have to say though, I get embarrassed for people who talk about bad beats all the time.

I played some poker at the track recently. And every fucking person at the table was all like "So I'm sitting there on the button and this guy pushes so I had to call and of course he hits runner, runner on just some bullshit."

Yawn.

I'm not busting you here Wally. This is a Fok you thread so it's all good. It just reminded me of it.

Bread I get what you are saying but this is more ironic than a true bad beat story. Sure 2 of the hands were bad beats but the whole of the matter is how ironic it is to think that good fortune would come by doing something nice. Instead of good fortune it pure bad luck for giving up that seat.
