Wife doesnt drive. Not that Ive given up on the city, but yeah weve basically been priced out of home/condo ownership here. The market is only getting worse and there are very few units for sale or even rent in our hood.

And if our landlord somehow wakes up and realizes hes under-charging us by 500-600 bucks, we might move. This tiny condo only makes sense cause its affordable.

Wifes relative inherited a house just on the edge of downtown, were likely to end up there at some point. 2br with a standalone garage, I could set up shop in there and work on my motorbikes.

I aint really complainin, weve got options.
