I'm back on Noom. I started at 212.6lbs 2 days ago and weighed in at 210.4 this morning.

I couldn't lose weight even by tracking calories. Noom kicks it up a full notch by forcing you to reduce carbs and only giving you half-credit for calories burned during exercise. Makes a big difference.

The goal is to be back in the 1XXs by July 21 for our vacation week with Joe and Mommy Rain.

We prolly not gonna make it to the one hundreds by the 21 but whatevs. We keep on trucking.

I’m still looking good, boys.

I eat a yogurt everyday. I eat a handful of unsalted macadamia nuts everyday. When I eat eggs I eat egg whites. I use certified EVOO on my salads that are topped with anchovies, chopped tomatoes, bell peppers and feta cheese.

I go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week and hit the stairclimber and do resistance training.
