is that higher than you were? I really drank and ate a bunch of sugar and crap the other day, but seems like it's ok. :dunno: as long as not too often?

Yesterday I ate lunch and dinner at one sitting, without planning on it. Which worked out well, since wasn't hungry the rest of day, even after hockey. ...And didn't feel over stuffed after eating.

I'm yoyo-ing between like 188 and 192. Been eating like a pig and not really gaining weight. I'd prolly be 180 if I was still restricting calories (I'm still tracking, but I eat whenever I'm hungry.)

I’ll have to do this type of shorter distance until the humidity isn’t so brutal.

Rode with a jacked black guy today for about 7 miles. He could have easily been a pro athlete.

Felt like the most agonizing last 3/4 of a 17 mile ride that I’ve ever had. Wind in my face, 95 degree feels like temp.

I did a stretch of 25 miles of that rail trail that I hadn't done before, from my in-laws place back up to Owen Sound. Some butt-clenching moments along the way - always the case when exploring a new stretch of gravel.

And actually, I don't need to keep secrets from you guys, so there - I actually went over the handlebars for the first time of my life yesterday... and I wasn't wearing a helmet 😬 I'd left my helmet in Toronto, cause I didn't think I'd be riding. Anyway, I was lucky - front wheel sank sideways and I was chucked a bit to the side in a shallow ditch. I did what felt like a slow, graceful somersault and I ended up on my back, thinking my ride was over. Nothing hurt though and the bike's steering just had to be straightened a bit.

I'm an idiot. 🤝
