I love all you guys w the healthy eating as of late.

Wednesday starts my 6 day a week bartending season until November 1st. I eat very clean those months so this last month I’ve been eating “fun”.

today is thai food, red wine and Halo Top ice cream.

last week I was on a big Negroni binge.
 
Catching up past few days:

spaghetti squash with meat sauce

bbq platter- smoked chckn lean brisket green beans

paleo bars
 
TWO bacon wrapped turkey breasts. PLENTY of carrots and brussels sprouts and a potato.
800 Calories and filling. No bread or pasta.

I feel like I can restrict calories even more doing the 16:8 thing. It felt like I overate yesterday, even though I only had 1400 calories.
 
i agree. making this a consistent lifestyle will be the challenging part.
