Yes. It’s simple. The yogurt ups the protein. I added dill, cucumber and chopped up olives and lemon juice

I'm really getting into margaritas

Up until like 2 years ago, I don’t think I’d ever tried a margarita.

Now I make them at home at least once a month and whenever I go to a restaurant, I always look to see what kind of margarita they offer.

Here are my Top 3 in SoFla:

-Le Tub (on the intercostal in Hollywood) offers 2 or 3 different kinds. The one that they use Reposado in is amazing.

-Reunion Ktchn Bar in Aventura makes a Soicy Papaya one with a tajin rim that will knock your socks off

-easily the best margarita I ever had was at Jose Andre’s’ Bazaar in South Beach at SLS Hotel but

-that was a once in a lifetime dining experience (super $$$$)
-I believe it’s no longer there

It was like a foam salt margarita thing that I can’t even describe well but it was probably the tastiest beverage I’ve ever had

Actually I found the Bazaar margarita. Apparently there are still several locations still open. Just no Miami

@Tron when I get to Florida I’ll make you one. It was my favorite drink to make.

I did the math and I figured I’ve made 20,000 margaritas in my lifetime lol.
