I fokking did it boys, 3 kilometers at 4:45/km (7:40 mile). I went in expecting to take a breather in the middle. I would like to thank Pantera, The Rolling Stones, White Zombie and Limp Bizkit for supporting me in this 14 minute endeavor.

Man I wish I was into this stuff again. In 2014 or 2015 I was doing heavy compound lifts 4-5x/week, eating 160+g of protein and taking 10mg of creatine and bcaas. Was in the best shape of my life.

In comparison mcb did 10:15 per mile for 13 miles, Matty did 7:40 per mile for 1.8 miles
I probably can't run 13 miles without stopping. Takes a while to build running endurance. Shit's hard.
