But it's also obvious that Shake Shack > In and Out due to the fact that SS has expanded across the US including its most locations in CA while In and Out has always been and remains mostly a CA brand. If they could they would but they can't.

I can see Popeyes and newer American fast food restaurants pulling out of Canada soon,They’re aren’t gonna get the penetration they thought they would and the if you can’t run your own distribution trucks like McDonald’s you are done.Economy of scales.Canada is a tricky market cause we are so spread out
