As a side note, I bought some organic heavy/whipping cream yesterday, this stuff tastes godly. I'm quickly becoming an organic hippie.

There used to be canned herring with and/ wo jalapenos. totally :awesome:
Haven't seen it in decades. Most supermarket /US canned fish is awful

Actually, we're going to be more muscular than Joey, who's focusing on cardio. He's already looking pretty scrawny in the upper body. :nono:
 
Not the last time I saw him, no, he's back to being a normie, lol. He had big guns a few years back but that seems to be gone.
 
I think I found the fasting window that works for me. I haven't ingested any calories since 2:30pm yesterday and I'm fine right now. I probably won't make it to 2:30pm, but let's see.

hmm. I could do about 8 - 3. I think that's what I did almost accidentally yesterday.
 
8pm to 3pm .19 hours. I don't have to eat in the morning and I get up kinda late.
Unfortunately I do like to eat late and have a few drinks with meals
