Looks like a great setup/location for a massage parlour. I could help with that if you decide to take that path.

By 'help', do you mean hide behind a curtain and jerk off, while paying customers redeem services?

Wow $375, Crazy.

It's way low even by Owen Sound standards. The landlord also works in the building and he's an artist (painter and photograher) - he seems to have a soft spot for small-time trinket shippers like me. He could get twice as much from a lawyer/accountant/insurance broker.

I just learned that the previous tenants were a pair of Primerica jagoffs.

Isn't heating expensive there during the winter?

It is. Landlord guy is not very shrewd. Most commercial spaces in TO are running separate utility accounts per unit so tenants pay for what they use.

Isn't heating expensive there during the winter?
it can be, depends on the type. ie electrical is brutally expensive. natural gas not so much.
pretty sure a 1100 sq ft house could be heated for approx $60 USD a month on gas.

They changed an intersection on my commute. It used to be a regular stoplights-all-around situation but they made it a roundabout.

I have two thoughts about it:

1) there is a whole helluva lot less waiting which I like.

2) to properly use a roundabout requires a certain amount of common sense and I'm not sure I trust humanity to deal with it. I predict stupidity-related collisions.

Yeah, it's a major clusterfuck. Barely a day goes by where I don't see someone putting lives at risk in that roundabout.

Giving humans the power of yield - it's no good. Yield involves way too much judgment for the average person.
