Vegas is last week of July. We are going to Hotlanta on Sunday.

You gonna visit the famous Wendy’s that started the BLM/defund police movement?

43+ hospitals with 0 ICU beds available.

What a fucking mess this thing is. I wish people would at least wear masks, Jesus. Even Boner_18 who frigging blames people for contracting the damn thing has been in favor of masks and pro-mask legislation from jump. Seems like a small ask to try to even slightly put a dent in it.

I call bullshit. Not on masks. On that laughing stock of a “news” agency and their claim of how many hospitals have ZERO ICU beds.

I live in the most populous county in Florida and know many first responders and hospital employees.

I have also casually sampled personnel throughout different systems associated with hospitals, medical professionals and the like and have yet to hear anything close to that report about shortages of beds DUE TO Covid-19. I have not spoken to a single medical professional in this area that is overreacting to the increased cases. In fact, the medical professionals i have spoken to have downplayed it more than the general public. Maybe more information will come out to change the dynamic, but for now I'm not buying it. I am wearing a mask in public because I might be a carrier to my clients or family members that might have a weakened immune system, but I am over the fear of myself and my family contracting a crippling illness.

if these pricks are worried about beds, let em build up capacity. That's what they were supposed to be doing these months, instead of trying to scare the public. I'm guessing no, more fake news from cnn and the rest.
And yes I would guess hospitals work at close to capacity on the regular. That's what you get with the optimized for profit health system

Many working at hospitals that I have talked to have had hours cutback tremendously over the last few months. Now that elective surgeries are allowed again, there is going to be higher traffic. I don't have the numbers so I can not quote them. Again this is information only from people on the front lines that I have spoken to.

Main points:

Scientists conducted immunity tests on samples from over 200 people between March and May 2020. This included Covid-19 inpatients at Karolinska University Hospital in Stockholm and their asymptomatic family members.

However, there is no evidence to suggest that those who had developed T-cell immunity in the testing would not get infected in the future.

“It adds to the growing body of evidence that many people who were antibody-negative actually have a specific immune response as measured in T cell assays, confirming that antibody testing alone under-estimates immunity.

“However, the big unknown for the moment is which parameters of immunity offer the most faithful indicator of true, protective immunity from future infection.”

He added: “So far, there is a sense from some studies that functional, virus-neutralising antibody is one such correlate of protection. We urgently need experimental studies to help confirm whether T cell immunity alone can give protection.”

they have a lot of people. One thing I find strange is how's China have so few cases? Even the island of Australia is locking down their poor people in Melbourne.

for some reason there's a change shortage, and they are saying this is why they don't want you paying with cash now.

The Federal Reserve Board, which manages U.S. coin inventory and distribution, said because of the COVID-19 pandemic, coin deposits from banks to the Fed have significantly declined.

Meanwhile, the U.S. Mint decreased production of new coins because of measures put in place to protect employees.
“We cannot get coin,” said Rob Rowe, owner of Rowe’s IGA Supermarkets.

Rowe said he usually gets coin – the collective term for coins – from his bank, but said banks are not receiving it from the Fed.
