My dad is the king of applesauce. If I ever wanted applesauce instructions I have a place to go, that's for sure.

I'm just not that big on apple anything. My foray into pineapple and beyond was really a lashing out against the apple-banana fruit establishment.

I don't mind an occasional apple - if it's good - but it's always a bit of a chore. I feel like I am forcing myself to do something healthy rather than just loving it.

I haven't had a banana for a couple weeks.
 
Skipping the pineapple this week for the first time in a long time. I have diversified my fruit portfolio so much that I cannot fit everything in every week.

Good price on raspberries this week. Kiwis. Bought green grapes though the price was terrible. Bananas and raisins.

I am about to embark on the creation of a fruit salad to end all fruit salads.

Ate some very good Mexican mangos. A friend of wife brought back from Mexico. They taste so much better than the ones you buy at the store. The color was vibrant and they tasted like nectar from the gods.
 
I've been demolishing the dried mangos at Trader Joes.

I have been off pineapples for awhile.

You can overdo pineapples, is what I have learned.
 
Dr Oz said if you're gonna eat grapefruit you have to be consistent about doing it daily or else you can die or something

My fruit regimen these days is banana, apple, plum, nectarine. Kinda spread out through the morning.

In that order. Has to be that order.

I'm a bit of an anti-routine guy on principle so I frequently contemplate mixing it up and changing the order but ----> no.
