That would actually be awesome. Machu, do us a solid, buddy.

She's been extra-yelly this past week.

This can't end well.

If you have an identical twin with schizophrenia, your chances of getting it are 40 to 65 percent.

I would expect the percentage to be really close to 100%.

Matty has she been louder, or just yelling more then usual?

Yelling every day, several times a day. She had a brief episode this morning.

I don't think she gets visitors, like ever.

This is highly disturbing.

Dude, seriously you have to complain about this nut. Surely other tenants must have voiced their concerns to the super or management or whoever runs the building.

Do you know if she owns her unit or is a renter?

I think she owns, she's part of some real estate investors club.

I asked the concierge if he knew anything about the woman in unit XXXX and he doesn't. We swapped security companies recently so the new people are still getting familiarized with us.

A real estate investors club. Holy fucking christ. whatever.

Looking at her Facebook wall, her all-out nuttiness is still fairly recent. Which is all the more disturbing. I'm wondering whether her family knows, or whether she has any family here at all.

I still think it's interesting mudcat said she looked familiar. Maybe she was going to meetings and relapsed, or years of drugs finally made her snap. We really need video. Or at least audio.

link please.

Annoying sure. But seriously, what are you supposed to do? In America if you want to scream and yell at your tv/spouse/imaginary friends you pretty much can without interruption... particularly if you own the property. I can't believe people are advising you to call the cops or the landlord. I guess she could be disturbing the peace or violating some community standards but ultimately those things are nebulous and unenforceable anyway.

I dunno what the solution is.. maybe move away?

Do you realize they are in an apartment? They share walls. Unacceptable.

I know there's nothing I can do, short of her threatening us directly. Have dealt with a similar neighbour before.

We're not going to stay here long anyway, until the end of the year most likely.
