I don't think ducking and running away from every male reflects well on your character when you have to meet with management, HR, customers, or roughly 50% of mankind.

Walking home from work yesterday, I hear her screams in the distance. Dozens of neighbours who live in the townhomes at ground level are looking up towards her 22nd floor balcony. She's out on the balcony, yelling at the wind. I stop in front of a young group of Asians.

Me - That's my next-door neighbour. She yells like that several times a week.
Asian neighbour #1 - Oh man. What's wrong with her.
Me - She's schizophrenic.
Asian neighbour #2 - What's that?
Me - She's crazy.
Asian neighbour #3 - I think she's gonna jump.
Me - Nah. She just likes to yell.

Today she left a big box of garbage in front of the door to the garbage chute.

Good times.
 
Not even being funny here. Next time you're there and she starts up call the police, say you don't know this lady but it sounds like she's going to jump to her death. Just a thought, I'd think if she can learn from anything popo pounding at her door might ring a bell. She'd hate you but it sounds to me like the goal here is not making a friend, it's creating space from you and yours.
 
The popo's been here before, there's not much they can do. She hasn't been violent towards anyone. Her mind is just gone.
