Sounds like someone needs to be lured into a threat.
 
She's been out on her balcony a lot with the milder weather.

I kind of expect her to jump at some point.

A new Chinese girl moved in on our floor a couple weeks ago. I'm ashamed to admit that I didn't realize she was new - my floor is 80% Chinese and I honestly can't tell people apart if they're around the same age.

Me - Can you hear the crazy woman yell in 2XXX?
Her - What? No. I just bought 2XXY across the hall.
Me - Oh! Welcome to the building.
Her - Thanks!

I can hear her (new Chinese lady) now "So that's who that French guy was talking about."
 
I don't think she can tell I'm French. Her English is terrible.

Slightly annoying day for me. I look forward to cooking up some chilli for dinner, and watching the game.
 
Finally managed to catch her in the act, sort of. It all happens during the first few seconds, no need to watch the whole thing.


She could at least try to make it intelligible, for our entertainment.
