HaHa! I love when my little hummingbird chirps! Forgot to answer you here but seeing Bread's Matt Geiger thread we just finalized a investment/retirement home in the Sarasota/Venice area. Probably could fit in Geiger's garage.

Not flying people to go for a day or so but will be down there sometime in May for 10 days doing cosmetic work to get ready to rent out. MrsM, Peanut, and I will stop in to say hello. If see someone peeking in your windows observing it is only good old MrMonkey. Just like to check things out first a little.

Always welcomed to stop down and see us anytime. Place will be bare though but any food and drink is on us. See, I told you we were serious bout eventually going somewhere warm. Now I just have to last that long.

I told you I was 52! I just hope I make it to enjoy it and not be up in heaven with the Lord watching on the big screen Fischy banging some old cougar named MrsM.

We figured with the price of homes so low and mortgage rate we got was 3.625% that it was the best time to do it. If I could successfully win enough money gambling I would be down there tomorrow!!!
