23 yrs, me 41, her just turned 18, this was in Cuba.

19 years. Me being 21. her 40.
 
In my younger days, I got with a couple of chicks who were 10+ years older than me. I think one of them was almost 12 years older. Me being ~27, her ~39. That relationship lasted awhile but the age difference stayed very close to the same.
