Has anyone had this happen at SBR?

I'd just come in as a new poster, under a changing IP address (this is for my protection from the assholes out there, since I've had a few malware problems and my ID stolen twice). After letting me post the last few times but with increasing difficulty, the last time they kept me entirely off and screwed with Firefox (the older copy, I installed the new version since the old was messed up) to the point where it didn't work. I had to log off the machine, and reboot to get things working again on that browser.

The new username and PW does not work anymore.

I'd heard a couple good things about the place, but now I really don't know.
