I'm going from office to office and every closing is "dry" meaning no money for realtors, sellers or buyers because he's stealing it all. Anyway, let's focus on remote closing specialist roles so that we get the money but don't have to deal with commutes.

Had a few recruiters reach out awhile back to be a recruiter so I reached out to all of them on LinkedIn and politely said "confirm with me it isn't a 100% commission position and we can speak in further detail". I do know that the effort was there with the last recruiting position, but that was straight commission which I can't handle.

I know I'm good with people because I'm a good guy when I don't have to destroy scumbags, and like to help non scumbags, so I'm open to it. Still really want the remote recruiter thing but I did that a good bit ago, so that might not be possible.
