Tecate is a great mexican beer. Stevie I'm with ya..... I need to give up beer for a month. Lets do this. I might do the whole no alcohol thing just so durito can get worried. I quit drinking for 8 weeks earlier this year lost 30 lbs. started drinking beer 15 has gone back.

Let's do this.

I am done with this challenge my friend and am happily drinking but I do wish you the best of luck and I will encourage you anyway I can.

I have decided a quick way to cut calories would be to lose the 400-900 calories I have been consuming almost daily in beer. This is not an alcohol thing, that would be fucked up. Love my fucking beer but it is time for a temporary hiatus barring social occasions of course. Still a couple voka/cranberries a night.

no way. i could never give up drinking, or beer. but i do usually stick to vodka-soda, which is less calories. I'd rather eat a salad, or skip lunch, and be able to have a few beers (opposed to eating more calories, and drinking less). Also you could just work out enough to compensate for the beer (which I do not do, but I should.)

Yeah it didn't work out. Cali even when Car Bomb AKA 174 was spreading his sacred Lithuanian seed all over this wonderful state of Pennsylvania he was still pounding beers and vodka nightly like a champ. That is just me and there is no sense fighting it. Good point about the workouts. Need to step them up and make some modifications to the diet and it will all work out.

How long did quit drinking beer last?

I'm having this right now. Pretty good!

Wow great bump salty. Drinking Red Hook Audible Ale. Beer is associated with Dan Patrick Show. Used to watch or listen to show every day before had to work on a regular schedule. Tried it once just because, but actually really like it. Nothing spectacular or special about it, but is very smooth. Worth a try for anybody looking for a new brew.
 
I quit drinking soda about 10 days ago. Amazingly I have dropped 5 lbs by just walking 10 blocks and back around my house, no jogging, no exercise, no diet. This time it's for good, for the next year I won't have it by choice and I'll see the results.
