Today is 3 months of mainly (low carbs) meat/fish/poultry and veggies.

Since Sept 30, I've eaten no pasta, no rice, no processed food, no sugar.

I have had a tiny amount of potatoes in the form of store bought french fries that I baked. I'm talking 1 package in 3 months.
I have not weighed myself and won't until March or April.

I know I have lost a significant amount of weight. How do I know? Well today I put on a spring jacket I got in Saskatchewan at the Rocanville Potash mine back in 2012. I have not been able to zip it up for the last few years. Today we zipped that cocksucker up all the way with room to spare. Feelsgoodman.

I also noticed getting out of bed and bending down is much easier. Putting on socks a lot easier. Being fat makes many things difficult.

So, still fat but down a good chunk of lbs. I needed this reinforcement.

Also, I drink coffee daily with heavy cream and Splenda. Drink a lot of water and splurge on Coke ZERO.

When I get the munchies I open a can of tuna or two and eat it and it satiates my hunger. I really enjoy brussel sprouts, my fave green veggie.

PS Steve, you Kunt.

Good man. What are you doing in terms of exercise?
I'm walking. I can power walk for a half mile or so and then return home at a regular pace. Few times a week depending on weather. I'll admit I should walk more but my neighbor lets me use his car so I often take the car to get groceries instead of walking.

This summer before the bloodclot I couldn't walk a block without my calfs burning up to the point I couldn't continue. Breathing wasn't easy either.
In July and Aug after my leg and foot were swollen from the clot I couldn't walk 20 feet without the pain discomfort becoming too much.

Like I said, I still have a long way to go but after 3 months of just doing what I needed to do I can actually see and feel the results and the high is incredible.

PS: Steev u Kunt

Alright fine I'll say it.

All the best Plommer.

We've had our differences and that thing you did to my good friend REALLY pissed me off - she could actually be the nicest person in the world - but it doesn't mean I wish death upon you.

You're good for this place. Heal up man.
Ok, after seeing this I can't continue with my current assignment. Thanks Steve, no cunt.

Also, no bread since Sept as well. I forgot that part.

Hello Stevee pal!

:buddy::cheers:

Ok, so first off this is not a new year thing. I've been exercising and eating healthy since beginning of Oct. The difference now is that as of Jan 1 I started tracking my progress.

Tonight for example, walked 3.13 KM's (sorry dumbericans you're gonna have to convert to your primitive measuring system if you need to know miles etc.).

Something very pleasant happened after approx 20 mins of brisk walking. I got a noticeable euphoric feeling, so I picked up the pace (with music blaring in the headphones) and continued past what I planned on walking, which was 1.6 KM's. After 35 mins I started getting fatigued and slowed my pace until I got home.

So we are still walking. Been doing it since Sept 30 but with the new year decided to track my progress and commit to walking every day, no exceptions.

As of today, for the month of Jan, 32 KM's walked. 7.5 hours.

Definitely feeling better. It wasn't until a few weeks of walking that I noticed such a hugh improvement in how I felt physically.

Still fat but NOTICEABLE weight loss. I can see it looking in the mirror and feel it too.

Nice work plommer you cunt! The euphoria is real.

We are now riding between 18-25 miles on our rides. Weather has been PERFECT for it.

For comparison, my first rides after my bike crash layoff were 6-8 miles long.

The euphoria is amazing brah! After 15 minutes I get the runners high and feel invincible, I keep on motoring. Was a struggle at first but now most days (not everyday) I look forward to getting out and walking. Today was one of those days and I may go for round two later. I try and go during daylight hours because of the early winter sunsets, the sun and light is important for good mental health.

I might start riding again this year myself. I'm perfectly happy walking though.

Also, a big reason I can walk so much is because I have a motivational playlist on my phone made up of rock, disco, house music that keeps the juices flowing and keep me trucking. Always have the headphones on while walking. Music is key.

His name is Tyler, they call him T-Bone

Your calfs still sore when walking?

I know. Boner my apologies pal was just having a mental block remembering your username because I was trying to think of what I wanted to say and my brain was in scramble mode while filming.

Calfs much less sore most of the time. Depends on the day, some days better than others. Starting out is always the most difficult, then after a few mins getting warmed up I feel much better. The cool weather is nice, I mean cool as in above freezing, which is normal for Windsor many days a month during winter. A few degreez below freezing is ok up to around -5C, then it becomes a small issue making sure to be bundled up properly.
I was born in the right country, love the winter temps. Fuck, I loved Saskatchewan in the winter where its a lot colder but also much brighter. We get too many overcast cloudy days in the great lakes area in winter.

All is good though. Had my final ultrasound today and see the specialist for the final time next week.

I think I heard something about that. Tiresome stuff. So many idiots down there pal. Republicans, lol.

Was binge watching some Bill Maher stand up shows he did recently and from years ago, the guy is fucking brilliant and has many LOL moments.
Bill Maher makes me proud to be a liberal.

I really hope the US situation improves, too much hatred/discontent. The lack of common sense is baffling pal. Too much "my rights" nonsense has created scenarios where people say fuck you instead of working together to solve a common problem.
