No no, it was a quick 24hr trip just for the holiday party. I flew back home on Saturday.

Took today off, JL is sick and I caught his bug. I'm mostly fine but I can't even pretend I'd be actively working today. My first sick day of the whole year.

Much better. I had a couple nappy naps yesterday. Back to the grind today 💪 I just did an hour on the bike, quick shower then Ima hit the road.

Just spin easy for an hour while watching TV. Super easy, like not even breaking a sweat if you have a fan blowing at your face. This is what I do 95% of the time.
