I'm at work for another two weeks. Gave my notice/letter of resignation on Friday.

I thought they had some kind of proposal to keep you guys on board on the table. Do they know you guys are starting your own agency? It seems crazy to be letting you communicate with clients if so. Not sure how it works there but why wouldn't you try to take their business?

'cause we ain't in the HR business. We in the writing business.

They know we are starting an agency and we've already put our proposal on the table to keep them as a customer. (Them hiring us would assure them exclusivity in the online-job-board sector.)
