this condition is commonly referred to as " Butt Heat"
I also get it working in this extreme heat we have here
it really makes the day suck.

I treat butt heat by grabbing handfuls of baby powder and throwing it the affected areas

Sounds a little bit like a runners rash. Usually occurs on the inside of the thighs if you run in real hot/humid weather.

I've thrown some vasoline on before going for runs to avoid getting it.
 
My biggie smalls are feeling like figgy balls.

They make runners gel which is essentially the same thing as vasoline.

It's not like I'm glopping vasoline on my butthole before a run. It's going on my thighs.
