Pinnacle, Matchbook, and TheGreek - at one time the top 3 US books are now no longer available to Americans, how the hell can the others stay in the US market if the big boys had to get out?

I'm using Pinny, Matchbook, Greek, 5Dimes, Ladbrokes and Centrebet and will not use any other CR books for now.

i don't want the bonus.

they already transfered my money to heritage. guess i shouldn't have clicked ok and should have contacted them before, but then i couldnt get my money out so whatever. i figured take the heritage with my usa address and start a new greek account in colombia. i was about to submit the sign up form when i realized they may just add the bonus automatically and that i should probably check with them first, so i email and this is what they tell me.

surely i can still open the account, just need someone with a brain to be in.
