You don't know how credit card co's make money?

They charge merchants. There is also a small fee for withdrawing from an ATM.

I use my mogo card at Pinnacle, Betfair and SBObet all in Canadian Dollars.
Betfair and SBObet payout right to the card.
Pinnacle pays me via Idebit or Ukash, depending on what I choose.
