boner vs matty power derby

Sat May 16, two weeks after the Kentucky derby.

squat, deadlift, 10 min stationary bike wattage test

Lol. I'll concede the wattage test (dont know what that is) and here's my 1rm squat and dead.

concede the wattage test

barbell deadlift

I weigh 155lbs so if matty can rep better than 109% or 131% respectively, he's got me beat 2 out of 3.

Tennis elbow: it’s life changing
And to elaborate…….

There are FAR worse conditions to have going on in your life (such as Bone Bone’s wife (WOBB).

But tennis elbow has had a snowball effect on me. I haven’t done upper body resistance training in over 3 months.

That has led to some change in mood which then led to extremely poor sleep.

That has led to some relationship/behavior issues.

Its not a competition, Tronner. Really sorry you're elbow is laid up. For a super active dude not being able to fit in the "regular" fitness routine can def knock you down emotionally and mentally as well.

If i were you, id totally try and re-focus on the stuff you can still do at a high level and pour 95% of your energy into that for a while. Once the mental and emotional part returns closer to baseline you can start assessing what you can do for the "missing" part (in this case upper body work). Just put it out of your mind for a while, take it completely off the table.

go to a good PT with a solid understanding of tendonopathy heavy loaded protocols , that can do blood flow restriction testing and dry needling to your common extensor insertions

In mean time hamner triceps with high reps, and do isometric wrist extension holds

8-20 lbs 45-60 sec holds. 3 sets

255 lbs at the ER two weeks ago
245 at the doctor yesterday

Started counting calories, doing between 500-1200 per day
Have cut out completely rice, bread, and most of the other carbs along with most saturated fats, only I can't completely cut off is cheese, also most of all sugars out, only a handful of times I had sugary juices, drinking just water

Matty I have been incrementing my bike time, started with 5 minutes after the hospital and have incremented 5 minutes each day or each other day, right now at 35 minutes

learned how the body balances water with sodium and now I feel and look water de-bloated

Outstanding work Rogatien

And yeah as soon as you stop overeating, your body reacts super positively. You usually see it in your face first.

And Boner's point is super important. Track everything, especially at first. It's a fine line between being in a caloric surplus and a caloric deficit.
