I would imagine that’s because it’s an older crowd that pick up the game after years of little activity.I have played it a few times and found it much easier on the limbs and cardio compared to tennis which I play regularly
 
First I would look into independent studies that confirm the amount of creatine per gummy. There are lots of scams out there in the gummy world.

I tried 25g/day for a bit and didn't notice much of a difference except that that amount would make me feel a bit gross after taking, even if I broke it up into 2 doses.

Been taking a bulging 5g scoop a day for the last month or so, so probably 6-7g a day on avg, and I can tell it's working just as well as far as muscle mass goes. I barely do any upper body work, just dead hangs really, and I have some muscle tone in the biceps and triceps. Very pleased.
