I've been waking up earlier over the last several weeks. Definitely better quality of sleep since I stopped eating garbage.

I’ve only gone on 3 bike rides in the last 3 weeks since my crash (you can see my old ass still has some scabbing on the knee a full 3 weeks later).

The new goal is 183. It will be challenging because as I start to ride again I’ll gain muscle. So, goal is lose 6-8 pounds of blubber.

losing 6-8 pounds of blub starting at 189 is going to mean cutting down on booze. Substantially
 
How much do you drink Tron? I haven't had more than an oz of whiskey (or a single beer) a week since Christmas.
 
I have anywhere between 3-5 drinks on Saturday nights. Sunday’s I have 2 cocktails and inevitably I have 2-4 drinks one weeknight a week.
 
perspective. I would kill to be 250.
