206.4 after ingesting ~1500 calories and going on a spirited 30-min bike ride

I must've weighed about 208.8 prior to the ride

I'm in fokking misery at night lately. Stop eating/drinking by 6pm and relieve myself 4 times before bed and I'm still up every two hours overnight to piss.
 
Soon I will be the only big boy left 😭

Combination of caloric deficit and keto, yes. Carbs are good at holding water, so when you restrict them, liquid just passes right through you. I have to use tons of salt in my food and sports drinks, and I supplement potassium and magnesium to keep my electrolytes up.

Dude. I have been staying home in the morning to help JL do his online schooling. I cube during his assignments. I've done 5-6 slow solves just this morning. I'm practicing my lookahead during F2L.

It's the guitar biz that is taking a backseat right now. I haven't posted on social media to avoid getting more orders. Will resume normal activities at the end of June. The Canadian govt is giving me $450 a week to be a part time stay at home dad. That means I'm technically not allowed to work more than 20 hours a week. #qualitycubingtime

6% grade gravel hill, I just beat my PB by 10 seconds (I'm still awful at climbing, but progress is swift - my first attempt on May 7 was a 4:12)
