Joe Rain was here three weeks ago and he weighed himself on my body fat scale.

He weighed in at 167lbs and 18% body fat, for a lean body mass of 137lbs.

I weighed in at 197lbs and 22.8% body fat, for a lean body mass of 153lbs.

Shit's interesting. A lot of the 16lbs is probably water, but I most likely have a bit more muscle than my twin. Joe Rain's quads are visibly much smaller than mine. His calves look comparatively massive on his 167lbs frame.

I drank some Four Loco and some beer and just did a bunch of shit.

I'm a fucking beast when it comes to strength and quick volleyball shit.

Matty has me smoked for the cardio shit.

Getting back into running shape for the Miami Half in January. Shooting for 830-900 minute miles. Sun still a little tough to deal with but not nearly as hot as the summer runs. Ran at a pretty easy steady pace.

Marty, I'm still weighing in 200-203 depending on the booze for the weekend but I'm stronger overall due to consistency at crossfit. May have to drop a little to run comfortably for 2 hours.
 
I'm sure there are benefits... but sounds like mostly mumbo jumbo... no nightshade, anti inflamatoru, organic, gluten free, free radical, neutroceutical, supplement mumbo jumbo.

Impressive pace for a 200-pounder! I fuck up my tibias just trying to run a few short run-walk-run intervals. Ain't no way I'm running a continuous 10k anytime soon, let alone a half marathon.

I’m a big believer of the placebo affect in a lot of supplements and whatnot. Just getting your mindset that you’re doing something healthy and positive for yourself has its benefits.

Interesting. How do you normally consume it?
If I don’t have it in a salad or another dish that day, I do a tbsp in the AM, another one at lunch and another around dinner time.

I use this one. First Cold Pressed. Certified Italian. If the Certified Spanish or Greek First Cold Pressed is on sale, I buy those as well.
