Impressive pace for a 200-pounder! I fuck up my tibias just trying to run a few short run-walk-run intervals. Ain't no way I'm running a continuous 10k anytime soon, let alone a half marathon.Marty, I'm still weighing in 200-203 depending on the booze for the weekend but I'm stronger overall due to consistency at crossfit. May have to drop a little to run comfortably for 2 hours.

Just getting your mindset that you’re doing something healthy and positive for yourself has its benefits.I'm sure there are benefits... but sounds like mostly mumbo jumbo... no nightshade, anti inflamatoru, organic, gluten free, free radical, neutroceutical, supplement mumbo jumbo.
