I'd ballooned up to 197 right after my accident, now down to 190. I'm re-motivated to lose the weight. Eating anti-inflammatory foods right now on Tron's advice. Oatmeal, Greek yogurt with blueberries and almonds so far today.

Turmeric and ginger are also anti inflammatory. I sometimes add it to my shakes, but the smell is very strong with the turmeric.

Got this sweet ride end of May.

e-bike with pedal assist and throttle. Does 32 MPH switched speedometer to Metric and it cruises at 45KM/H
Battery lasts a couple hours using throttle alone. With pedal assist can go all day.

Those spinach plants are over 6 ft tall. Been enjoying fresh spinach since late May.
Waiting on tomatoes to ripen.

Bike is winter ready, will be my grocery getter year round. Looking forward to riding through the snow.

Also, it folds so it can be transported easily.

That new gym membership was one of the best things I ever did.
 
This was going to be the summer that I pushed harder with getting in better shape. That isn't happening. Still fat.

Had to lad off real pushups because I do have a little bit of a belly and my back started to get irritated.

Dangerously close to 200lbs right now. Weighed in at 198.8 this morning.

Weekend cottage pics confirm that I'm getting fat. Must turn this ship around ASAP.
