just some boring thoracic and lumbar training for an old man. Stay focused on me

Archie, you’re looking fit pal. :amazing:
Thanks bud first time really lifting for almost a decade. Found a gym chain that I can go to any location, one right by house and one right by work. with swimming pools, so I couldn't turn it down. Start a day with a sunrise walk in a huge 100+ acre open off leash dog park looking at mountains 90% of days. Living the dream.

here's a vid from out first snow for another forum, on good home workout hacks. Might do a few vids a week of less typical exercises to keep me engaged and motivated exteranlly as the days get shorter and it gets colder.

any exercise requests. Prob will be doing bags, tires, sleds, and kettlebells with ring stuff for most of Nov

6.5 miles this morning. Left calf Cramped up after first mile so had to limit myself for most of run. Know I can be closer to 9:00/sub 9:00 if legs allow it. No issues with stamina. Can feel my core getting better every week.

Yes, please Arch we need a recap of what’s going on. You are seriously living the good life right now but I missed like a chapter or two

Why'd you leave the mean streets of Chicahgo then? Seems like a hugh move.

(186.8lbs post morning piss, bitches)

Welcome to the Colorful State aka blittys 2001-2004 residence.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Was on a cruise last week so missed a week of running then had stuff in chest all week. Today was biggest mental challenge because I wanted to quit after 2nd mile. Finished 7 miles but not very good time. Had more stops and walking than normal but pushed through it. Today about 20 times during the run I said there is no way I can do a half marathon.
