I'll be testing my keto carb limit over the next several days. Basically, I'm slowly increasing my carb intake and testing my pee to check at what point my ketones level start to drop. I ingested double my allowed amount of carbs yesterday and there was no change on the Ketostix this morning, still at medium/ideal level.
We are at 202-205 at the moment and for the last few years, which is the heaviest we have ever been. Been doing crossfit about 3 day a week for about a year and a half so have converted most fat into muscle. No diet here and drink pretty much every weekend. Need to lose the beer gut but can't do it unless I stop drinking.
