Only light strength training for this guy.

I'll be testing my keto carb limit over the next several days. Basically, I'm slowly increasing my carb intake and testing my pee to check at what point my ketones level start to drop. I ingested double my allowed amount of carbs yesterday and there was no change on the Ketostix this morning, still at medium/ideal level.

Keto test strip was a shade lighter this morning after I ate over 40g of net carbs yesterday. I'm chickening out and going back to ultra-low-carb mode. #turboketo

10Km walk today boys. took me two hours. Had a couple of rest stops of less than 5 mins along the way.

I am sore.

The app is telling me I burned ~1400 calories. Is that even possible ?

Yes, my apps all know my height/weight/BMI etc. I'm losing weight on a 2000 cal a day plan. When I get thinner I'll prolly have to reduce my intake.

We are at 202-205 at the moment and for the last few years, which is the heaviest we have ever been. Been doing crossfit about 3 day a week for about a year and a half so have converted most fat into muscle. No diet here and drink pretty much every weekend. Need to lose the beer gut but can't do it unless I stop drinking.
