Quakers have demanded the image and name be changed. They and their allies just don't wield the same economic impact that groups offended by Aunt Jemima do. Pepsi Co decided to discontinue their Aunt Jemima product line using sound business judgment, no one forced them to. Folks crow "don't like it don't buy it" and that's exactly what those offended did or said they would do. It's all simple free market capitalism - hopefully you're not against that @MrMonkey.

Not at all Boner and lol cause had no idea Quakers seriously demanded/wanted it removed! Weak sauce Quakers.
 
They gotta make more noise! Convince others to boycot the product. A 3-5% dip in sales and you can bet Pepsi would rebrand it in a flash. I bet they've already got a shortlist of new names.
