It's a lot, but if you went from eating a ton to following a calorie-restricted diet, I don't think it's an abnormal weight loss rate. A lot of it is water. It'll slow down soon enough.
I did, used to pig out, with at least one of the two meals eating out everyday, now I'm just boiling vegetables like crazy, cut off completely bread, my beloved rice, sodas, pastries, counting calories everyday around 1000-1200 thanks to ai, for meats only doing chicken breast, haven't had anything fried since, and just about 30 minutes of bike everyday
