Been hearing it’s good. I gave up on True Detective after Season 1 but I may need to watch this new season

Completely feel the same!!! Matt and Woody and the entire show was SO GREAT hard to top that and feel even if the next one is good, I won't see it as that good. Though it wasn't that good but no surprise there.

Loved the 3rd season with Mahershala Ali. I gave up early on the 2nd, may need to revisit it.
 
@Tron I would skip 2 and go to 3. Not a A-list actor in it but thought it good. Memory kind of weak so think might have to watch it again.

My bad Matty but totally agreement again!!! Exactly, didn't know the guy but superb.

Hate to break to you guys but appears the 3 of us have more in common than just being GL members! :grouphug:

i got an anxiety attack from watching the bear.

past trauma of working the line when i was in college.

Watching before the devil knows you’re dead hopped up on percs because my dumbass burned the shit out of his hand.

I miss philip Hoffman Seymour, drugs got to him to soon. And Marisa Tomei Constanta was right.
 
Wow ..... surprised by Night Country's last episode being tonight. Thinking there would be more to it. IMO lackluster ending definitely tarnished the shine it once had for us.
