I bought a pound of spinach, I think it's part of the dinner juice.

Just using random recipes that my sister-in-common-law shared. I dunno where she took them. I think someone somewhere bought a book and then started sharing the recipes with the world.

I once did Isagenix for a month. It was a good 30 day cleanse and I recall losing almost 15 lbs... Should be good for what they charge though. I just looked and their 30 day starter kit is in the $400/month range.

It is a multi-level marketing thing.... I for one, have trouble paying $400/month for food that is not really food. Shakes, mixes etc.
